Owens & Sons Carpets Facebook Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the Owens & Sons Facebook giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You must either be the homeowner, or have permission of the homeowner at the property where the carpet is fitted.

  2. You must live within a 10 mile radius of the center of Burgess Hill. 

  3. The carpet + underlay will be fitted to 1 single room, any surplus carpet from the room wont be fitted for free to any other areas. 

  4. The room must be clear of all furniture, but we will take up and dispose of any floor coverings that are not adhered to the subfloor or badly soiled, i.e no stuck down floor coverings and no water damaged carpets.

  5. Bill, our estimator will need to be able to measure the floor prior to it being fitted and you must be ready to have the carpet fitted within 1 month after the giveaway has ended. 

  6. The carpet being given away is from a discontinued line and unfortunately no longer available, no more of the carpet will be able to be ordered for fitting to adjoining rooms or anywhere else.  

  7. Eligibility:

    • The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

    • Employees of Owens & Sons, their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

  8. How to Enter:

    • To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

      • Step 1: Like our Facebook page [Your Facebook Page Name].

      • Step 2: Like the giveaway post.

      • Step 3: Comment on the giveaway post Tagging 3 of your friends.

    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  9. Duration:

    • The giveaway will start on [start date] at [start time] and end on [end date] at [end time]. Entries received after the specified time will not be considered.

  10. Prize:

    • The prize for the giveaway will be [description of the prize]. The prize is transferable non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  11. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

    • The winner will be notified through a Facebook comment, private message, or email, depending on the contact information provided by the participant. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the giveaway ending, another winner will be selected.

  12. Publicity:

    • By participating in the giveaway, you agree to allow Owens & Sons Carpets to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and website content.

  13. Privacy:

    • Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

  14. Limitation of Liability:

    • Owens & Sons Carpets will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize.

  15. Disqualification:

    • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

  16. Modification or Termination:

    • Owens & Sons Carpets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
